What does my admission ticket include?

Your admission ticket includes entry into the ballpark, which includes access to our interactive, walk through light show, featuring over 2 million dazzling lights, various themed areas and photo opportunities, and visits with Santa*! 

Ice Skating tickets are an additional cost to admission.

Are ice skates available for rent?

Ice skate rental is included in your ice skating ticket! You are welcome to bring your own skates, but pricing of the ticket will remain the same. 

Will you have skating helpers available for beginners?

Yes! We have pushers available for those who may need help balancing. They are first come first serve.

Is the event handicap accessible?

Yes! We have an ADA entrance onto the field for those who need it. It is located outside the first base gate and to the left. Someone will be stationed there for direction and assistance. 

Can I bring in strollers or wheelchairs?

Yes, we allow both in the park.

Can I walk around more than once? 

Yes! Once you are in the park, you are welcome to go through the show as many times as you'd like!

Will Santa be there?

Santa will be joining us each Friday and Saturday of the event! Stop by, tell him what you'd like under the tree and snap a photo.

Are Photos with Santa Free?

Each group in attendance is offered a complimentary 4x6 photograph with Santa! Photo packages will be available for purchase.

Will there be fireworks?

Yes! We will have fireworks on Opening Night, Friday December 15th and New Years Eve night!

What are the hours of the event?

Sunday - Thursday | 5:30pm-9:00pm

Friday and Saturday | 5:30pm-10:00pm

Christmas Eve: 5:30pm - 9:00pm

Christmas Day: 5:30pm -9:00 pm

New Year's Eve: 5:30pm - 12:30am

New Year's Day: 5:30pm - 9:00pm

Deck the Y'alls is Closed: November 27th and December 4th

What are the hours of Open Skating?

Open Skating will be available on the following dates from 12pm-4pm:

November 26th

December 3rd

December 10th

December 16th-17th

December 20th-24th

December 27th-31st

Where can I buy tickets?

We will be selling tickets online, through the Deck The Y'alls website, and at our box office windows at the ballpark. We recommend online ticket purchases to avoid the lines during busy nights!

Is there discounted tickets for Military and Seniors?

Yes! We have a $2 discount off of admission for those who are military members and Seniors 55+.

Is there a charge for parking?

No, parking is always free!

Is there assigned seating?

All tickets are general admission. There are multiple areas around the ballpark for you to sit, enjoy and relax! We do ask that you are respectful to those who have rented out our hospitality areas for private use. 

What is the weather policy?

In the event that we are closed due to severe weather, we will update all social media as promptly as possible. Weather can change quickly, so make sure you are following all platforms to stay up to date. If no further updates have been posted, no further changes to the event have been made. 

Specific areas within the ballpark may remain closed due to inclement weather, such as heavy rain/snow or lightning. A definitive, clear answer to which areas remain closed or remain open is not possible due to multiple variables that play a role in different areas. The Florence Y'alls Organization will make every effort to reopen every area of the ballpark as quickly and safely as possible.

In the event that the ballpark closes down for an evening due to weather, or the aftermath of severe weather, you will be able to exchange your previously purchased tickets to any remainder date of Deck The Y'alls Lightfest (based on availability; no refunds will be issued). In order to do this, hold on to your ticket or proof of purchase, and bring it to the Florence Y'alls Box Office when you've selected a new date.
